Refunds can only be initiated in the following scenarios:
1. Product is received in a damaged condition.
2. Incorrect product is delivered.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment (credit/debit card, online wallet, etc.) if applicable.
- In case of cash on delivery payment, you will receive the refund in the bank account details you provided during the return initiation.
- Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed.
